Purpose
InjuryClaim publishes consumer-facing information about California personal injury law. Our editorial team is responsible for producing content that is accurate, clearly attributed, and useful to people navigating an injury claim — not content optimized purely for search engines.
Who writes our content
Articles are drafted by writers who have direct experience reporting on civil litigation, insurance, or personal injury topics. Every article is reviewed by a licensed attorney before publication. The writer and the reviewing attorney are credited on every published article.
How we research
- We rely on primary sources whenever possible: state statutes, federal regulations, court opinions, jury verdict reports, and government data (DOT, NHTSA, BLS, CDC).
- When a claim is jurisdiction-specific, we cite the controlling state statute or rule.
- We do not republish other firms' marketing pages as a source.
Accuracy and updates
Personal injury law changes. Articles include a "Last updated" date, and we re-review high-traffic articles at least once every 12 months or when a statute, regulation, or controlling case changes.
Corrections
If you believe an article contains an error, please email editorial@sargsyanlaw.com or use our contact page. When we correct a substantive error, we add a dated correction note at the bottom of the article.
What we do not do
- We do not publish guarantees about case outcomes.
- We do not invent client stories, settlement amounts, or attorney credentials.
- We do not accept paid placements within editorial articles, and we disclose any sponsored content.
